VERTICAL TOOTH FRACTURE


One of my interesting extractions. The tooth didn't split with tooth sleuth. X-ray showed mild radiolucency. Mesial probing was 5mm, distal was 8mm. Patient had symptoms of irreversible pulpitis. Extraction revealed a vertical through and through fracture.
